Portable Battery Testing

Cell Resistance and Specific Gravity Testing During individual battery testing we will be responsible for the following:

• Measure individual cell voltages.
• Measure individual cell resistances.
• Measure individual strap resistances.
• Measure individual inter-tiers resistances.
• Measure specific gravity for all wet cells.
• Capacity testing (load bank).
• Deliverable: I will  provide Customer Acceptance Report acknowledging services are complete and in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
• Deliverable: I will  provide Field Service PDF Report to an e-mail address provided by onsite personnel.
• Deliverable: We will a provide detail PDF report that including individual cell voltages values, individual (cells, inter-tier, intercell) resistances and specific gravity,

We will visually inspect all accessible items that  include:

• Cell terminal and connections.
• Strap and connections..
• Buss wires and connections
• Intertiers and connections.
