Type of equipment Preventative Maintenance Programs:
- Annual PM Visit: Includes once a year service.
- Semi Annual PM Service: Includes two visits per year.
- Quarterly PM Service: Includes 4 visits per year.
All Preventative Maintenance Services includes visual inspection on all accessible items that includes:
- Voltage Sense Leads: corrosion, wire dressing, and conditions.
- Load wires, fuses, and fuse holders: no exposed or damaged areas.
- Inter-tier sense leads: corrosion, wire dressing, and conditions.
- Serviceability: Float Current Sensor, Discharge Current Sensor, Inter-cell connections, and Temperature Probes.
- Equipment Grounding.
- Critical and Maintenance Contacts.
During PM, we are responsible for the following:
- Perform upgrade monitor Software on the Central PC to the latest version.
- Perform upgrade of firmware on equipment to the latest released verison.
- Perform operational tests and if necessary, re-calibrate to verify all equipment is performing to manufacturer standards.
- Deliverable: we will provide Customer Acceptance Report acknowledging services are complete and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Deliverable: we will provide Field Service PDF Report to an e-mail address provided by onsite personnel.
